Formats for Extending Serum Half-Life of Domain Antibodies

Domantis has developed three formats for customising the PK profile of Domain Antibodies™: An IgG-like molecule that can bind and neutralise four target molecules; a PEGylated dAb for tailoring the half-life based on the type of PEG chosen; and the AlbudAb™ approach, a dAb heterodimer that includes an anti-serum albumin dAb™ that confers a long half-life via a serum albumin binding carrier effect.
